Between the Grappa Man and Rovinj in Croatia, we spotted a ruined castle in the distance. We turned east, left the macadamised surface and found the castle which I believe was called Dvigrad. The castle was a romantic ruin (almost like me), but the chapel next door (see picture) was well looked after. Sunday, May 3, 1998. |
